Logistics is an essential part of any business, especially a company that must physically manufacture and sell its own products. Freight and delivery can be very expensive and confusing if done improperly. Dealing with deadlines and strict buyers and suppliers can become overwhelming. Sometimes it can be as easy as shipping a 50-pound item via UPS or USPS; often times, however, we deal with bulk items weighing thousands of pounds. Not everything is always packaged so nice and neat like you would expect and hope. Often times, the raw materials used in many of our products come in very large bags or on palettes that require forklifts, and in many cases, the items are extremely fragile and/or cumbersome.
